Boto3 download file prefix

This task assembles the Zip-file (a.k.a. the emr-zip) which will be uploaded to S3 with the task emr_upload_to_s3. The files are assembled using a directory $target/emr-release.

To make this happen I've written a script in Python with the boto module that downloads all generated log files to a local folder and then deletes them from the Amazon S3 Bucket when done.
